One couple, one wedding profile

The bride and groom use separate accounts to access the same authorised profile. Access rights cannot be transferred to another couple or wedding. Referral codes and gifts are separate benefits and do not transfer profile ownership.

Invitations are an online product and do not include printing or PDF export. Each design is purchased once for the profile; buying another design does not create a new wedding profile.

Access term and add-ons

New purchases have an 18-month term from the first valid payment or gift claim. Adding designs, invitations or redeeming points does not reset the term. Combining with an eligible paid Planner purchase keeps the existing Planner expiry; a gifted Planner is not treated as a payment of 499,000 VND.

Renewal is selected separately for each app and adds 12 months. The price and new expiry must appear on the order before confirmation. Proposed base prices are 249,500 VND for Planner, 99,500 VND for VIP Invitations or 149,500 VND for LUXURY Invitations, based on the recorded original purchase type. Renewal charges are not automatic.

Public and individual guest links work only while Invitation access is active and the design is published; revoked links no longer work. Keep original photos and important data. Expired viewing access does not mean that data has immediately been deleted.

Invitations, trials and content

Each guest group has one personal link and may include several people. Resending the same link does not use another credit; creating a link for a new recipient uses a new credit. Revoking a link does not restore the credit. Importing a guest list does not use credits.

Proposed trial: 7 working days, up to 3 designs, viewable only in the account and marked as a trial. Switching designs does not reset the term. Trials cannot publish, share guest links, receive real RSVPs, use wedding gift QR codes or export PDFs. Public trials are not currently open.

Only upload photos, content and QR codes you have the right to use. VIP supports up to 15 photos and LUXURY up to 30, with photos optimised to no more than 300 KB. External music uploads are not allowed; Nari’s music library is provided only once usage rights are secured. The Nari footer remains on invitations.

Payment and the policy attached to your order

Pay only through a valid order’s QR code in the system, after checking the product, amount, benefits and expiry. A transfer screenshot does not grant access. Wedding gift QR codes on invitations are not app-purchase QR codes; Nari does not receive or confirm wedding gift payments.

Before confirming a purchase, customers must be able to read and explicitly accept the applicable policy. The new order flow records the version, policy content and consent time for reference; an introduction page does not replace the accepted copy.

Receiving requests and resolving issues

Send your order reference, registered email, issue description and required usage date via 0911 686 611 or naribabystudio@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, OTPs or private sign-in links.

A response is provided within 24 working hours of receipt. Working time excludes Saturdays, Sundays, Vietnamese public holidays, Tết and compensatory days off. For example, a request received at 15:00 Friday reaches the 24-hour deadline at 15:00 Monday if Monday is not a day off.

Standard issues: up to 7 working days from the time both parties clearly confirm the issue and the start of resolution. Requests for additional information do not postpone the original request receipt time.

Urgent issues: system faults preventing invitations from opening, causing data loss or blocking access after payment, especially near the wedding. Contact us immediately and state “Urgent issue”; do not wait for the standard resolution period.

Refunds based on the amount actually paid

Refunds apply to the affected portion. For verified urgent faults, 100% of the remaining amount actually paid for the faulty product is refunded. For unresolved standard faults or functions not delivered as promised, the refund amount is agreed based on the unresolved portion or remaining time.

Bundles and combined orders use the allocated post-discount amount, not standalone retail prices. Total refunds cannot exceed the remaining amount received; unaffected products retain access. Zero-price gifts have no cash refund but still receive support. Duplicate or excess transfers are reconciled separately.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after agreement on the refund plan and receipt of complete payment details, with notification and documentation. Changes of mind or normal use do not normally qualify for refunds, except where mandatory legal rights apply. Negotiation requests are received and acted on within 7 working days of receipt, independently of the technical fault confirmation date.
